What is psychological stress?
The stress that we ourselves generate in our minds, which are personal and unique to each person who's experiencing them, is called psychological stress . It's symptoms include worrying, anxiety, feeling depressed and so on.
It's Major sources are:
1. Frustration: When we are unable to achieve certain goods and aspirations or are hindered to achieve them by anyone or anything, frustration arises.
2. Conflicts: When there are two different incompatible needs or motives and they clash with each other, conflicts are bound to happen in in our minds.
3. Internal Pressure: We've heard, 'expectations lead to disappointment'. Internal pressure arises from our own beliefs and expectations inside us.
4. Social Pressure: People in our surrounding can sometimes put on a load pressure and excessive demands while asking us to work along with them which can cause social pressure resulting in personality clash sometimes.
